RETURN & REFUND POLICY

. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. (You can change this to 10/15 days if you prefer.)

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

    • Innerwear, socks, swimwear

    • Accessories (hairbands, caps, etc.)

    • Items bought on clearance/sale (optional)

      Return Process

      1. Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.

      2. Choose the reason for return.

      3. Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup within 2–4 days.

      4. Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.

        Refund Options

        Your refund will be issued as:

        • Original Payment Method (UPI / Card / Net banking): within 5–7 business days after approval.

        • Store Credit / Coupon: instantly after approval (optional).

          Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

          If you receive a damaged/incorrect product:

          • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

          • Upload photos/videos for quick verification.

          • We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

            Order Cancellation

            • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

            • Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
