. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. (You can change this to 10/15 days if you prefer.)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Innerwear, socks, swimwear
Accessories (hairbands, caps, etc.)
Items bought on clearance/sale (optional)
Return Process
Go to My Orders and select the item you want to return.
Choose the reason for return.
Our delivery partner will schedule a pickup within 2–4 days.
Once the product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed.
Refund Options
Your refund will be issued as:
Original Payment Method (UPI / Card / Net banking): within 5–7 business days after approval.
Store Credit / Coupon: instantly after approval (optional).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged/incorrect product:
Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
Upload photos/videos for quick verification.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
